Why this page exists
Anyone running a privacy product has to be checkable. Marketing language is cheap — what matters is whether we'd actually behave the way our policy says we would when a government, court, or other authority shows up asking for user data. This page is the public record of those events.
What we received this period
During the reporting period above, FREE VPN FAST received zero (0) legally binding requests for user data from any government, law-enforcement agency, civil litigant, or intelligence service in any jurisdiction.
Because we hold no records of which sites users visit, no DNS query logs, no per-session connection timestamps tied to user identity, and no real source IP addresses while the VPN is connected, the answer to most plausible requests is: we do not have this information. In the very limited cases where we do hold information — for example, subscription receipts associated with Apple in-app purchases — we will honor only valid legal process and notify the affected user where lawfully allowed.
Warrant canary
As of 2026-05-26, FREE VPN FAST has not received:
- any national security letters,
- any secret subpoenas or gag-bound process,
- any government request that would compel us to install surveillance software, weaken encryption, or modify the service in ways that contradict this page or our Privacy Policy.
If any of the above ever happen, the corresponding sentence will be removed from this page rather than altered to say something untrue. The absence of any one of these sentences in a future revision is itself a meaningful signal — take note.
Independent audits
We are planning a no-logs audit by an independent third party. The findings will be published at this URL when complete. We will not present an audit until a real, named firm has done one.
Reporting schedule
We publish an interim figure mid-year and a full report in January covering the prior calendar year. If the volume of requests warrants it, we'll publish more often.
